Why we made it
Most of us loop on the same thoughts late at night with nobody to talk to. Mindknot gives that loop somewhere to go. You write what is stuck in your head and we help you see the shape of it, one branch at a time, until the knot loosens.
What you can do here
There are a few simple things to try whenever you need them.
- Map a spiral. Pour out a worry and watch it open into the smaller thoughts underneath it.
- Read your insights. See gentle reflections on where your mind tends to go.
- Browse the feed. Read spirals other people felt safe enough to share.
- Find your people. Quietly connect with someone who is sitting with the same thing as you.
